HERE'S HOW THE OASIS BIRTHDAY CLUB WORKS:

FIRST, We need your: 1) NAME 2) E-MAIL ADDRESS 3) TELEPHONE NUMBER 4) BIRTH DATE!

SECOND, You must celebrate your BIRTHDAY on ANY THURSDAY, FRIDAY or SATURDAY NIGHT at OASIS during your BIRTH MONTH Within 30 days of your actual BIRTHDAY.

THIRD, You may invite as many FRIENDS as you wish to attend your BIRTHDAY at OASIS, however, a minimum of FIVE guests total are required per party.

FOURTH, All BIRTHDAY PARTY'S must arrive BEFORE 10:30pm. At least one member of your party must arrive before 10pm to hold your table resevation.
